2014年5月13日、フロリダ大学図書館が米国デジタル公共図書館（DPLA）のコンテンツ・ハブとなったことが発表されました。フロリダ大学図書館所蔵の古地図や貴重書、写本、写真等、390,000件以上のデータがDPLAより利用できるようになるとのことです。
