2014年11月26日、欧州連合（EU）のデータ保護指令第29条作業部会（Article 29 Working Party）が、欧州司法裁判所による2014年5月13日の裁定を履行するためのガイドラインを公開しました。ガイドラインには、EU加盟国のデータ保護担当部局が検索エンジン側から削除要請を拒否する申し立てがあった際の対応についての基準等も掲載しているようです。
