2013年12月16日から12月20日にかけて、世界知的所有権機関（WIPO）の第26回の著作権・著作隣接権常任委員会（Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights; SCCR）が開催されました。今回のSCCRでは、図書館やアーカイブにおける著作権の例外や制限規定、教育や研究機関、障害のある人のための例外や制限規定、放送機関の保護に関する議論などが行われたようです。
