欧州のOpportunities for Data Exchangeプロジェクトが研究データをテーマとした2本の報告書を公表しました。1本目の“Best Practices for Citability of Data and Evolving Roles in Scholarly Communication”は、データの引用に関するベストプラクティスを扱ったものです。2本目の“Compilation of Results on Drivers and Barriers and New Opportunities”は、データ共有を推進するもの、障壁となるもの、実現に向けた要因に関する概念モデルを提示しています。これらの報告書を紹介している欧州研究図書館協会（LIBER）は、研究データ管理に関するポリシーの策定や支援サービスの構築を行っている図書館にとって、アドヴォカシーの手段として使用できるものであるとしています。
