典拠データの機能要件（FRAD: Functional Requirements for Authority Data）の概念モデルのドラフト第2版がまとめられ、7月15日までのWorld Wide Reviewに付されています。
なおこれは、従来、典拠レコードの機能要件（FRAR: RはRecordの頭文字）と呼ばれていたものですが、2005年に行ったドラフト第1版のWorld Wide Reviewで寄せられたコメントを検討し、典拠データに焦点を当てる方がよいと判断して、名称を変更したとのことです。
