2024年4月16日及び17日付けで公開された、オープンアクセス（OA）の査読誌”027.7 Zeitschrift für Bibliothekskultur / Journal for Library Culture”の特集号において、世界図書館情報会議（WLIC）2023のサテライトミーティングの一つ“The Global Impact of Library Publishing”の報告が掲載されています。
同ミーティングは、国際図書館連盟（IFLA）の図書館の出版活動に関する研究委員会（Library Publishing Special Interest Group）により、2023年8月にオランダで開催されました。本特集には、基調講演や、オーストラリア、米国、英国、アフリカ等様々な国や地域における図書館出版の実践や課題、“Global Library Publishing Map”の制作過程についての報告等が含まれています。
