2016年4月4日、ヨーロッパの研究助成財団・研究実施機関が加盟するScience Europeが、オープンアクセス(OA）のビジネスモデルとOA出版システムの最近の動向に関するブリーフィングペーパー“Open Access Business Models and Current Trends in the Open Access Publishing System”を公表しました。
Science Europeの、学術出版物のOAに関する作業部会の専門家らによってまとめられたもので、4月4日と5日に、EUの2016年1月から6月までの議長国であるオランダのアムステルダムで、オープンサイエンスに関する会議が開催されており、政策立案者や利害関係者がオープンサイエンスに関する決定をくだすのに必要なブリーフィングペーパーとして作成されたものです。
