2013年4月29日、ルクセンブルク国立図書館が、”Libraries and publications of the future”と題して、電子出版物への取組みや課題をまとめたガイドを公表しています。電子図書館の現状として、ルクセンブルク国立図書館等によるコンソーシアムが運営しているfindit.luのコンテンツや利用の概況、課題がまとめられています。またオープンアクセスやデジタル人文学についても触れられています。
