2017年2月13日、国立国会図書館（NDL）は、国際図書館連盟（IFLA）の貴重書・特別コレクション分科会（Rare Book and Special Collections Section）が2014年9月に策定したガイドライン“Guidelines for Planning the Digitization of Rare Book and Manuscript Collections”の日本語訳『貴重書及び手稿コレクションのデジタル化計画のガイドライン』を掲載しました。
