2016年4月5日、OCLCが、OCLCの研究部門担当副会長兼最高戦略責任者であるデンプシー（Lorcan Dempsey）氏の著書（編者は、バーナム（Kenneth J. Varnum）氏）の“The Network Reshapes the Library: Lorcan Dempsey on Libraries, Services and Networks”をオープンアクセスで公開したことを発表しています。
この著作は2014年に刊行されたもので、デンプシー氏の12年間に及ぶ、1,800件以上のOCLCのブログへの投稿記事をセレクトしたものです。
