2025年12月4日、フィンランド国立図書館が、同国における国際標準名称識別子（International Standard Name Identifier：ISNI）の運用に関する長期的なビジョンを示した文書“ISNI in Finland in 2035”を公開しました。
同館では2022年から、フィンランドの著作権管理団体と協力して、ISNIの普及等を目的としたプロジェクト“The adoption of ISNIs in Copyright Management Organisations”を実施しています。文書は、2025年で同プロジェクトが終了するのに伴い発表されたもので、同国におけるISNIの運用に関する現状を概観した上で、2035年に向けて目指すべき方向性等が示されています。
