2014年4月22日、米国のゲティ財団は、所蔵する美術品に関する画像のうち、同財団が権利を保有する、もしくはパブリックドメインとなっているデジタル資料をオンラインで無償提供するOpen Content Programに、77,000点以上の画像を追加したことを発表しました。今回追加された画像のうち72,000点以上は、イタリアの芸術や建築物を30年間撮影した写真家で研究者のMax Hutzelの写真作品を集めたコレクション “Foto Arte Minore: Max Hutzel photographs of art and architecture in Italy”の画像とのことです。
