2025年1月17日、世界知的所有権機関（WIPO）が、集中管理団体（Collective Management Organizations：CMO）向けのツールキット“WIPO Good Practice Toolkit for Collective Management Organizations”の改訂版の公開について発表しました。
同ツールキットは、著作権等の集中管理に関わる世界中の法制度、規制、行動規範の例をまとめたもので、2018年に初版が公開されました。2024年にかけてWIPO加盟国及びその他の関係団体等を対象とした意見募集が行われ、今回の改訂に至ったとあります。
改訂版の公開を受けて、意見募集に参加した国際図書館連盟（IFLA）も1月22日付けでコメントを発表しています。
