ニュージーランド国立図書館（NLNZ）、新聞・雑誌記事索引データベース“Index New Zealand”の更新を終了すると発表

2024年6月21日、ニュージーランド国立図書館（NLNZ）が、同館の運営する新聞・雑誌記事索引データベースである“Index New Zealand”（INNZ）の更新を終了すると発表しました。

既存のデータベースは引き続き利用可能で、同国の雑誌や新聞から約100万件以上の記事情報を検索できます。発表の中では、更新終了の背景として、コンテンツへのオンラインアクセスが増加し、人々が記事索引以外の手段によりコンテンツにアクセスする傾向が強まっていることが挙げられています。
