10～15年先を見据えた、米国連邦政府刊行物寄託図書館（FDLP）の戦略計画立案に、政府印刷局（GPO）が乗り出すことになり、現在草案を作成しています。そしてこのほど、計画立案に向けた提案の募集を開始しました。
寄せられた提案は、GPOの審査を経て、寄託図書館協会（DLC）の秋季大会に向けて作成される草案に反映されるそうです。
