スペイン高等科学研究院（CSIC）が作成する世界リポジトリランキングの2020年9月版が公開されています。
公開されている4種類のランキングのうち、世界の機関リポジトリのランキング“TRANSPARENT RANKING: Institutional Repositories by Google Scholar (September 2020)”によると、京都大学のリポジトリが3位、大阪大学のリポジトリが42位、北海道大学のリポジトリが55位、東京大学のリポジトリが120位、慶應大学のリポジトリが164位、東北大学のリポジトリが169位、岡山大学のリポジトリが172位となっており、200位までに7の日本のリポジトリがランクインしています。
