米国議会図書館（LC）が、長期保存のための推奨フォーマットのガイド“Recommended Formats Statement”の2020-2021年版を公開しました。
イントロダクションによると、2019-2020年版の内容から、以下をはじめとした大幅な改訂が行われました。
・コンテンツ分類“Design and 3D”、“GIS, Geospatial and Non-GIS Cartographic”、“Musical Scores”の新規追加
・“Website”から“Web Archives”への変更等、一部コンテンツ分類名称の変更
・HTML版の表示をPDF版と同様のテーブル形式に変更
・コンテンツ分類の推奨フォーマット、許容範囲内のフォーマット基準の更新
