2016年5月28日付けの地元紙が、米・テネシー州のチャタヌーガ公共図書館の友の会がチャタヌーガ空港内に書店を出店する計画を報じています。
無人店舗である書店には、週ごとに、寄付された本や、図書館で廃棄された本を補充する計画で、お客は、現金かクレジットカードで支払いを行なうとのことです。
収益金は図書館を支援するために使われます。
