2016年2月26日、研究データ同盟（RDA）が、コミュニケーション（Communications）、 契約（Engagement）、協力（Coordination）といった分野での15の主要な将来の活動が書かれている文書“Future Directions for the Research Data Alliance”を公開しました。
この文書は、RDAの今後の方向性に関する議論の成果で、RDAの理事会も承認しており、上記の活動を実施するRDAの様々な委員会の役割を定義しているとのことです。
