2016年1月6日、米・スタンフォード大学図書館の運営するHighWire Pressが、連邦政府資金による研究へのパブリック・アクセスを容易にするための出版社の努力を支援するため、出版社・学協会が公的助成研究成果のパブリックアクセス拡大に向けて組織した官民イニシアティブであるCHORUSに参加すると発表しています。
