トムソンロイター社は、ロシアの科学電子図書館“eLIBRARY.RU”と連携して“Russian Science Citation Index（RSCI）”をWeb of Scienceへ追加すると発表しています。
インデックスには、2016年までに、600以上のロシアの科学雑誌が含まれるとのことです。
