2015年3月3日、UNESCOが、表現の自由やプライバシー、情報社会の倫理等の、情報と知識へのアクセスに関わる課題等について検討した調査レポートのドラフト“Keystones to foster inclusive Knowledge Societies: Access To Information And Knowledge, Freedom Of Expression, Privacy, And Ethics On A Global Internet”をオンライン公開しました。このレポートは、3月3日から4日にかけてフランスで開催されているUNESCOの会議“Connecting the Dots”における議論の基礎とされるとのことです。
ドラフトはfirst published versionとsimple versionの2種類が公開されています。
