2014年7月に、アジア太平洋議会図書館長協会（Association of Parliamentary Librarians of Asia and the Pacific：APLAP）が新しく協会のウェブサイトを公開しました。2014年9月23日のIFLAのブログで紹介されています。
APLAPは、アジア太平洋地域における議会図書館の連携協力を通じて各国の議会サービスの拡充を図ることを目的として1990年に設立された機関とのことです。約40館が加盟しており、隔年毎にアジア･太平洋地域の各国で大会が開催されるようです。
ウェブサイトでは、過去に開催された会議の資料等も公開されています。
