2013年9月17日、バチカンの広報評議会（Pontifical Council for Social Communication）は、「世界広報の日」（2006年から2013年まで）における、前教皇のベネディクト16世による8つのメッセージを納めた電子書籍を無料公開しました。評議会にとっては初の電子出版とのことで、今後のためのテストケースとしての位置付けのようです。電子書籍はEPUB版とKindle版が提供されています。
