2025年2月3日、スペイン国立図書館（BNE）が、協同オンラインレファレンスサービス“Pregunte, las bibliotecas responden”に参加すると発表しました。
“Pregunte: las bibliotecas responden”（“Ask：libraries answer”）は、スペイン国内の50以上の図書館が協力して運営し、ローテーション制によってメール（24時間365日）とチャット（開館時間内）により利用者からの質問に対応する無料のサービスで、スペイン文化省の図書館調整事務局（Subdirección General de Coordinación Bibliotecaria)が統括しています。
BNEは、電子メールによる問合せに答える形で協力するとしています。
