2013年2月18日、米国のネブラスカ大学リンカーン校が、“transcribe UNL”というクラウドソーシングプロジェクトに対して、同大学の卒業生や学生等に協力を呼び掛けています。
“transcribe UNL”は同大学の歴史的な資料のテキスト化を行うプロジェクトで、その第1弾として同大学の年報のテキスト化が行われています。すでに年報はデジタル画像で公開されていますが、これを検索できるようにするために、テキスト化の協力が求められています。
