2011年10月27日に英国のGuardian紙が、Twitterを使った新サービスの提供を開始したようです。これは、Twitterアカウント（@GuardianTagBot）名を含んだ質問をツイートをすると、その質問内容に最も適合するGuardian紙の記事へのリンクを教えてくれるというもののようです。例えば、“@GuardianTagBot latest Arsenal news?”（@GuardianTagBot アーセナルの最新ニュースは？）とツイートすると、“news”と“Arsenal”という二つの単語に適合するコンテンツを検索して、アーセナルFCに関する最新コンテンツを返してくれるとのことです。なお、このサービスは現在はベータ版とのことで、利用者にはシステム改善のためのフィードバックが求められているようです。
