2008年10月から運営を開始した、米国の大学図書館等によるデジタル化資料の共同リポジトリHathiTrustが、2011年10月8日から10日にかけて、参加各館による総会（Constitutional Convention）を開催しました。総会では、これまでの活動内容の報告が行われるとともに、今後の運営方針等について、参加館や委員会から提出された議案の採決が行われたようです。総会でのプレゼンテーションのスライド等も公開されています。
