2010年10月19日、イスラエル考古庁（Israel Antiquities Authority）は、同庁設立20周年記念の一環として、死海文書のデジタル化プロジェクト“Leon Levy Dead Sea Scrolls Digital Library”を発表しました。これは、Leon Levy Foundation等の資金援助の基、GoogleイスラエルのR&Dセンターと共同で行われるとのことです。プロジェクトでは、死海文書を構成する約900の手稿資料のすべてがデジタル化され公開されるようです。
