2019年3月1日、ハンガリーのコンソーシアムEISZ（Electronic Information Service National Programme）が、Wiley社とのオープンアクセス（OA）出版及び購読契約に関する契約の締結を発表しました。
契約は3年間で、13のEISZ加盟機関の研究者は、Wiley社の電子ジャーナルの閲覧と、Wiley社の電子ジャーナルでのOA出版が可能となる内容です。
Wiley社では該当する研究者を自動的に識別し、無料でOA出版する条件を通知するプラットフォームなどの新しい技術への投資を続けるとしています。またEISZの加盟機関では、アカウントを簡単に管理し、速やかに承認し、詳細なレポートを作成するオープンアクセスアカウントダッシュボードを利用できます。
