2018年11月29日、図書館による出版活動を進める大学図書館のイニシアティブ“Library Publishing Coalition”（LPC）が、大学・研究図書館の出版活動に関するダイレクトリー“Library Publishing Directory”の2019年版の公開を発表しました。
PDF版、EPUB版での公開のほか、掲載情報を検索できるオンラインデータベースも提供されています。
ダイレクトリーには、米国・カナダ・英国・オーストラリア・ドイツ・アイルランド・スウェーデン・ルーマニア・イタリア・カザフスタンの138の大学・研究図書館での出版活動について、各館ごとの担当部署、ウェブサイト、出版活動の概観、職員数、財源、OAのタイトル数、出版媒体、分野、査読誌の割合、APCが必要な学術雑誌の割合、出版プラットフォーム、デジタル保存戦略等がまとめられています。
