米国の著作権団体Authors Guild、最高裁判所に対して、Googleブックス訴訟の下級裁判所での判決を再調査するよう訴状を提出

米国の著作権団体Authors Guildは、Googleブックスをめぐる著作権侵害訴訟で、下級裁判所が、Googleブックスはフェアユースにあたると判決を下したことに対して、2015年12月31日、連邦最高裁判所に、その判決を再調査するよう訴状を提出したと発表しています。
