2025年11月4日、Elsevier社が、急速に変化する研究環境を研究者がどう捉えているかに関する調査報告書“Researcher of the Future”を公開しました。
2025年8月から9月にかけて、113か国の3,200人以上の学術研究者や企業の研究者等に対し、オンライン調査が実施されました。報告書では、人工知能（AI）の進歩、進化する研究手法、政策や資金調達の動向の変化について、研究者がどのように捉えているかについて調査した結果がまとめられています。
