2014年4月21日、米国自然史博物館（AMNH）が7,000点のデジタル資料が登録された新しいデータベース”Digital Special Collections”を公開しました。これまでAMNH研究図書館でしか閲覧できなかった記録写真、貴重書の挿絵、絵画、メモ、手紙等がオンラインで閲覧できるとのことです。登録資料は今後更に追加されていくとのことです。
