2013年2月15日付けのOCLCの発表によると、Z39.50（ISO 23950）の次世代規格として開発された情報検索用プロトコル“SRU（Search/Retrieve via URL）”が、OASIS（Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards）標準として批准されたそうです。
