2013年2月13日、OCLCと英国研究図書館コンソーシアム（RLUK）が、“Survey of Special Collections and Archives in the United Kingdom and Ireland”と題したレポートを公表しました。英国およびアイルランドの研究図書館における特殊コレクションの状況について調査と問題の分析を行い、20の提言も含めてまとめあげたものです。レポート本体は259ページと大部ですが、別途12ページのサマリーが作成されています。今回のレポートは、米国およびカナダの状況をまとめた2010年のレポート“Taking Our Pulse: The OCLC Research Survey of Special Collections and Archives”に続くものと位置付けられています。
