2012年7月1日から3年の任期でオーストラリア国立図書館の評議会議長に着任したライアン・ストークス氏が7月10日、初登庁し、デジタル化事業の継続等について発言しています。
なお、ストークス氏は、テレビ、新聞等のメディアを傘下に収めるセブン・ウェスト・メディア社の会長の子息であり、36才です。
