2012年6月17日に、英国の研究情報ネットワーク（RIN）が、研究成果へのアクセス拡大に関するワーキンググループがまとめた“Accessibility, sustainability, excellence: how to expand access to research publications”というレポートを公表しました。レポートでは、研究成果へのより広範囲からの、より早いアクセスを促進するための活動について、提言を示しているとのことです。
