2023年10月24日、国際図書館連盟（IFLA）は、“UNIMARC Authorities Format Manual”オンライン版を公開したことを発表しました。
オンライン版には、2010年から2023年までの間にUMIMARC常設委員会（Permanent UNIMARC Committee） が承認した変更が含まれます 。ただし、今回公開されたオンライン版の初版は、IFLAの専門委員会や理事会の承認は得ていないとしています。
