Ithakaの戦略・研究部門であるIthaka S+Rはこのほど、連邦政府刊行物寄託図書館制度（FDLP）が印刷からデジタルへの時代の変化に対応し、これまで通り政府情報への無料アクセスを長期間に渡って保障するにはどうすればいいかを考察した報告書を発表しました。なおこれは北米研究図書館協会（ARL）と全米各州の州立図書館機構の長（Chief Officers of State Library Agencies；COSLA）の委託研究となっています。
