OCLCが、研究評価プロセスにおける研究図書館の役割を分析し、研究図書館の新たな役割の検討に役立てることを目的とした報告書“A Comparative Review of Research Assessment Regimes in Five Countries and the Role of Libraries in the Research Assessment Process”を刊行しました。この報告書では、英国、アイルランド、オランダ、デンマーク、オーストラリアの5か国の高等教育機関における研究図書館の比較研究を行っています。2010年の1月にはこの報告書の概要に、レコメンデーションを追加したものが発表されるということです。
