2016年6月30日、シカゴに建設される、オバマ大統領図書館が入居するオバマ大統領センター（Obama Presidential Center）について、デザイン設計を、ニューヨークに本拠とし、博物館や学校、非営利の機関などを特に扱う“Tod Williams Billie Tsien Architects | Partners” (TWBTA)と、地元シカゴに本拠をおく“Interactive Design Architects” (IDEA)の2つの建築事務所が担うことが発表されました。
