2016年2月11日付のInternet Archive（IA）のブログで、IAが、ソフトウェアライブラリで、Windows3.1の1,000点以上のプログラム（ゲーム、ユーティリティソフト、ビジネスソフト）を公開したことを発表しています。
プログラムはウェブブラウザ上で起動することが可能なようです。
なお、IAは、2015年にソフトウェアライブラリでMS-DOSのコレクションを公開しています。
