米国では、10月29日は「猫の日」とのことですが、英国図書館（BL）のウェブアーカイブ事業“UK Web Archive”のTwitterによると、収集・保存された英国の1996年から2013年のウェブ情報を分析すると、英国では犬より猫の方がポピュラーとのことです。
