“Open Library of Humanities（OLH）”がアンドリュー・メロン財団の助成金を獲得したことが、2014年4月7日付けで発表されていました。
OLHはオープンアクセス（OA）メガジャーナルであるPLOSを手本に、人文・社会科学系で類似のOA雑誌を作ることを目指しています。OLHのブログによれば、今回得た助成はビジネスモデルの構築や投稿論文の募集とその査読、技術インフラの構築という3つのコアタスクに用いる予定であるとのことです。
