2025年6月20日、英国国立・大学図書館協会（SCONUL）が、英国及びアイルランドの大学図書館における、テクノロジーを活用した図書館スペースに関する事例集“The modern library: technology-enhanced library spaces”をウェブサイト上で公開しました。
3Dプリンター等の機器、ハードウェア、ソフトウェアを提供しているメディアラボやメイカースペースの事例が紹介されているとあります。
