2024年6月13日、中国科学院の公益学術プラットフォームPubScholarが、オープンアクセス（OA）誌のデータベースを提供するDOAJ（Directory of Open Access Journals）との連携を開始したと発表しました。
今後は、質の高いOA学術出版を促進し、中国国内外における質の高いOAジャーナルの認知度や発見可能性、影響力の向上に向けて協力するとあります。
