ポーランドのワルシャワ蜂起博物館が、第二次世界大戦で崩壊したワルシャワ市街の様子を3D映像で再現した「廃墟の街」“Miasto Ruin”を作成し、2010年8月1日より、同館で公開するとのことです。映像は約5分間で、1945年のワルシャワを飛行機から見下ろすような形で作成されています。2年間を要した映像化には、歴史研究者らの協力のもと、歴史写真や当時の地図が用いられ、また監督としてオスカー候補ともなったTomasz Baginski氏が起用されているとのことです。
