2021年6月22日、図書館による出版活動を進める大学図書館によるイニシアティブ“Library Publishing Coalition”（LPC）が、“Publishing Practice Award”の受賞者を発表しました。
出版されたコンテンツではなく出版プロセスを表彰するものであり、「アクセシビリティ」と「公正・多様性・包摂性」の2つのカテゴリーがあります。今回が初めての実施であり、受賞館は以下の通りです。
・アクセシビリティ：テキサス大学アーリントン校図書館
・公正・多様性・包摂性：ケープタウン大学図書館
