2020年1月22日、英IOP Publishingはオランダの4つの大学との間で、”Read & Publish”契約を締結したことを発表しました。
IOP Publishingとの間で契約を締結したのはアムステルダム大学、デルフト工科大学、フローニンゲン大学（the University of Groningen）、トゥウェンテ大学（University of Twente）です。
IOP Publishingは2019年12月に英Jsicとの間でも”Read & Publish”契約を締結しています。プレスリリースではそのほかにも同種の契約について交渉中の機関があるとしています。
